Key Outage Metrics

This section displays a comparative overview of the key outage metrics based on the time period, i.e., Last Month or Last Quarter.

In this section, you can view the number of Outages occurred, Downtime (hours), Mean Time To Restore (Days) (hours), and percentage of the outages that are Linked To Incident.

All the above metric values are provided for the selected time period (Last Month or Last Quarter) and for the previous Month or Quarter. This is to render an insight to the difference in the given metric values over the last completed time period.

To view the key outage metrics for the last month, click the Last Month tab.
To view the key outage metrics for the last quarter, click the Last Quarter tab.

Metrics Used

Metric Name	Description
Outages	Number of the outages.
Downtime	Period of time for which the outages persisted.
Mean Time To Restore (Days) (MTTR)	The elapsed time between the Incident creation and resolution. The elapsed time is measured as the total time open.
Linked to Incident	Percentage of the outages that are linked To incident.
